Royal stamp of approval

Queen’s Wharf Brisbane continues to make history with 98% of all residential apartments now sold at this iconic address.

Set to be home to 667 apartments, Queen’s Wharf Residences is on the rise with construction up to level 10, at around 60 metres high.

The façade on the podium levels is rounding off along Margaret and George Street, creating a stunning silhouette behind the heritage-listed Harris Terrace.

Infusing old with new world, this area will be home to the Queen’s Wharf Residences, Harris Terrace laneway and a mix of luxury retail, including Louis Vuitton.

Residents will have direct access to the subtropical landscaped recreational deck with exclusive pool, spa, sauna and steam room amenities on level 7 and level 7 mezzanine.

The luxury residential tower will also have a dedicated gym, wine bar, business centre and private dining.

Multiplex Senior Project Manager Michael Phillips said now construction has progressed to the apartment levels, the building structure will start to transform quickly along George and Margaret Streets.

“The 242 metre residential tower is moving quickly now that the jumpform structure has been installed,”

“A jumpform is the system that moves upwards as the floor slabs progress – it’s a large hydraulic system that jacks the entire platform itself while works continue underneath,”

“Multiplex have used this innovative system before that allows structural trades to accelerate the structure build, while fit-out and services trades work on the levels below,” Michael said.

There will 45 different apartment types in the tower, with low-rise level apartments finished with planter boxes and high-rise apartments featuring lift and tilt windows to create internal balconies when opened.

Queen’s Wharf will account for 10 percent of the city’s CBD footprint once complete.

Only 12, 3-bedroom residences remain.

Queen’s Wharf Brisbane will be a transformational project for our future Olympic city and will open from the first half of 2023.

The $3.6 billion Queen’s Wharf Brisbane development is being delivered by Destination Brisbane Consortium – a joint venture led by The Star Entertainment Group alongside its Hong Kong-based partners, Chow Tai Fook Enterprises and Far East Consortium.
