Residences fit for royalty

Queen’s Wharf Residences get the seal of approval with fit-out progressing up the sold-out tower.

History is in the making with the first residential tower connected to an Integrated Resort Development in Queensland’s capital redefining the skyline on George Street.

With stunning views over the Botanical Gardens and future podium on the Queen’s Wharf precinct – The Queen’s Wharf Residences are making their mark on the city as construction continues upwards.

Senior Project Manager Michael Phillips said the tower is a hive of activity behind the façade with over 20 trades fitting-out apartments from level eight.

“The future 242 metre tower lift-core is currently up to level 26 with another 38 floors to go,” Mr Phillips said.

“There are 667 apartments to be constructed with 45 different apartment types in the tower.

“Low-rise level apartments will be finished with planter boxes and high-rise apartments featuring lift and tilt windows to create internal balconies when opened.

“Painting interior walls has commenced in the lower levels which will soon have flooring and joinery trades start work as well.”

Far East Consortium Head of Sales and Marketing Australia Lauren Sheldon says that the anticipation for the first residential tower is growing by the day.

“Queen’s Wharf Residences is unique; in that it is the only residential development that boasts a direct connection to the Queen’s Wharf Integrated Resort,” Ms Sheldon said.

“As developers, it’s incredibly exciting to see renders coming to life, as construction continues to accelerate at Queen’s Wharf.

“As Brisbane continues to grow and develop, we’re proud to be delivering what is set to become Brisbane’s signature landmark and we can’t wait for residents to call this iconic development home.”

Residents will have direct access to the subtropical landscaped recreational deck with exclusive pool, spa, sauna and steam room amenities on level 7 and level 7 mezzanine.

Queen’s Wharf Residences sits adjacent to the heritage listed Harris Terrace which will include a laneway mixed with luxury retail and food and beverage options.

The $3.6 billion Queen’s Wharf Brisbane development is being delivered by Destination Brisbane Consortium – a joint venture led by The Star Entertainment Group alongside its Hong Kong-based partners, Chow Tai Fook Enterprises and Far East Consortium.
