Star Brisbane Elevates Rooftop Dining with Aloria

Brisbane’s dining scene is reaching new heights with the opening of Aloria, The Star Brisbane’s new rooftop restaurant. This highly anticipated venue, which opened 30 October, completes the Sky Deck trio, offering a unique and elevated dining experience 100 metres above the vibrant Queen’s Wharf Brisbane precinct.

Aloria’s menu, crafted by Michelin-trained Chef Shayne Mansfield, is a celebration of Queensland’s finest local produce, with a strong focus on sustainability and uncompromised quality. Chef Mansfield uses woodfire and grill techniques to bring out the best in local meats and seafood, creating dishes that are both innovative and flavourful. Standouts like K’gari spanner crab crumpets and Stockyard’s dry-aged beef bistecca showcase the freshest ingredients with a dedication to sustainability, such as in the Smoked Carrot Tartare. This inventive dish uses every part of the carrot to minimise waste while maximising flavour.

In addition to its culinary excellence, Aloria offers an experience beyond the plate. With a dedicated entrance for bookings, diners are welcomed into an elegant space where the atmosphere is just as impressive as the food. Sweeping, uninterrupted views providing a stunning backdrop for both lunch and dinner.

Complementing the food is a carefully curated wine list, handpicked by Head Sommelier Damian Danaher. Featuring renowned vintages from world-class producers like Château Lafite Rothschild, there’s a perfect pairing for every dish and occasion. And for those who enjoy cocktails, Aloria’s martini menu elevates this classic drink to new levels of sophistication.

Aloria joins open-air bar Cicada Blu and bustling all-day eatery Babblers on The Star Brisbane’s Sky Deck.

Reservations are now open for lunch and dinner, available Wednesday through Sunday from noon until late.
