Following the commencement of operations in 2024, DBC transitioned from a development-focused organisation to an asset owner, with responsibility for overseeing integrated resort performance delivered by the external operator, protecting investor and stakeholder value, meeting regulatory, lender and joint venture obligations, and driving the long-term commercial sustainability of the precinct.
DBC is a privately-owned and operated joint venture between Chow Tai Fook Enterprises and Far East Consortium.
