Blending the best of the old with the new, the restoration of this grand old building will deliver a central iconic destination and the heartbeat of the foreshore.
Originally an Immigration Depot, the building was expanded and repurposed as the Department of Agriculture & Stock before becoming the Department of Primary Industries (DPI).
The DPI’s entertaining spaces will be vast and varied across four levels indoors and two levels outdoors, looking across Brisbane’s newest urban waterfront plaza and landscaped riverside spaces where a calendar of public events activate the space throughout the year.
