Going, going but not yet all gone…

After an unprecedented level of local interest, more than 80 per cent of the 667 apartments at the landmark Queen’s Wharf Residences have been sold within the first two months of going to market.

Queen’s Wharf Residences is the largest of four towers currently under construction in this stage of the $3.6 billion Queen’s Wharf Integrated Resort Development.

The Residences will be the only residential tower directly connected to the integrated resort, giving future residents a once in a lifetime opportunity to live in the heart of a world class resort.

Queen’s Wharf head of residential sales Bryce O’Connor said buyers were attracted to the development because of its location and lifestyle.

“I think the local market has been waiting for something quite special to come along. Queen’s Wharf delivers high-quality apartments in the centre of an amazing new lifestyle destination in Brisbane,” Mr O’Connor said.

“Having the entertainment precinct, the bars, the cafes, restaurants and the lifestyle component, and the fact people will be able to live above it, is a really unique offering.”

The remaining apartments are located on levels 8 to 64 and are a mix of one and three bedroom residences boasting views across the Brisbane River and South Bank, Botanical Gardens and Story Bridge.

For buyers wanting something even more special, the top 19 floors of the residential tower are home to the Queen’s Wharf ‘Diamond Residences’.

As the ‘crowning jewel’ of the Residences, these homes will feature luxurious stone benchtops, premium finishes and stunning views.

One of the most unique additions to the Diamond Residences is the Lift and Tilt Operable Window, a key feature of the design which allows residents to enjoy the Brisbane climate without impacting the usable space in their home.

A world first system designed by Far East Consortium, the window allows a motorised section of the glass façade to open fully with the press of a switch, meaning the balcony becomes a seamless extension of the living room, completely removing the stepped threshold between inside and outside.

The smart system, linked to a building management system and weather station, allows the window to automatically close if wind and rain conditions become unsuitable.

Interested buyers can experience a preview of the Residences by visiting the 400m2 Sales Display, located 7 levels above the construction site.

Featuring two replica apartments and intricate models, the display showcases the quality of the residences that will be delivered by world-renowned development partnership Far East Consortium and Chow Tai Fook in 2023.

Brisbane locals can book a Private Display Appointment via the Queen’s Wharf Residences website, and interstate or international purchasers can experience the display with a virtual appointment with a member of the Residences Sales Team.
